Nora Lang is a freelance dancer, educator, artist and musician based in Seattle. They hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Utah in Modern Dance. In the studio, Nora loves investigating dynamic energy, rigorous movement, and the gamification of performance. In addition to choreography and dance improvisation scores, they create original musical experiences for their performances and occasionally incorporate visual artwork through projections or costuming. Nora is also motivated by their work in academic elementary dance education, using dance as a tool to synthesize classroom curriculum and build kinesthetic learning environments.
